When weekly therapy is not enough:

The Wonderment Institute

A clinically led, short term mental health program for adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, difficulty focusing, and relationship strain, often alongside chronic digital overstimulation.

Our Approach

The Digital Wellness Intensive Program at The Wonderment Institute provides structured, multi day per week support for adults who are struggling but do not need residential care. We combine psychotherapy, psychoeducation, skills based interventions, and intentional time in nature to help clients stabilize, regain clarity, and create sustainable change.

Care that Creates Momentum

We provide a clinically led, short-term intensive program for adults who require more support than a standard therapy hour can provide, but who do not need the total disruption of residential care. Our model serves as a bridge, creating the necessary momentum to make long-term therapeutic goals attainable while you remain active in your life.

A Structured Reset

This program is an intensive clinical reset, not a lifestyle retreat. While we remain highly accessible, participants continue to live independently and stay engaged in their professional responsibilities. Our work does not replace existing primary psychiatric care; rather, it amplifies it by addressing the biological mechanisms that often block psychological progress.

The Role of Modern Inputs

We address digital overuse as a primary mechanism of nervous system distress rather than a character trait. Similarly, we utilize time in nature as a targeted clinical tool for neurological regulation rather than a lifestyle signal, intentionally integrating it to support attention restoration, emotional regulation, and sustained mental health outcomes.

Program Benefit: Participants develop a steadier internal baseline. Stress feels more manageable, emotional reactivity decreases, and recovery after difficult moments happens more quickly and with less disruption.

Who We Support

This program is designed for adults who:

  • Feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally depleted.

  • Struggle with focus, motivation, or follow through.

  • Notice that constant connectivity and digital habits are affecting their mood, energy, or relationships.

  • Have tried weekly therapy or self guided strategies without lasting relief.

  • Are functioning day to day but know something is not working.

You do not need to be in crisis. You do need more structure and support than traditional outpatient therapy alone can provide.

The Three Principles

Clarity

Understand the root patterns behind screen compulsion. Learn how the nervous system, emotions, and attention span interact with tech use and how to shift them.

Connection

Rebuild trust with yourself and those you love. In this program, you’ll relearn how to connect face-to-face, heart-to-heart with accountability and honesty.

Sovereignty

This isn’t about control. It’s about power. Learn how to reclaim agency over your choices, time, and attention so screens support your life rather than run it.

Led by Luke Entrup and a team of experienced coaches, therapists, and mentors who walk the talk.

We combine evidence-based tools, supportive structure, and understanding care with bold truth-telling and inspiring challenge.

Secure Your Spot

By the conclusion of the intensive, participants commonly experience meaningful shifts in emotional regulation, focus, and relational presence. These outcomes reflect both nervous system stabilization and changes that carry into daily life.

  • Greater Emotional Resilience: Participants develop a steadier internal baseline. Stress feels more manageable, emotional reactivity decreases, and recovery after difficult moments happens more quickly and with less disruption.

  • Restored Focus and Mental Clarity: Many report improved ability to sustain attention, think clearly, and remain present. Mental fatigue and fragmented attention soften as the nervous system moves out of chronic activation.

  • More Stable Mood Regulation: Emotional highs and lows become less pronounced. Anxiety, irritability, and emotional volatility often decrease, allowing mood to feel more consistent and regulated throughout the day.
