The Digital Wellness Intensive Program
Many adults come to us after months or years of feeling overwhelmed, unfocused, or emotionally stuck. They may be working, parenting, or maintaining responsibilities, yet feel increasingly disconnected from themselves and others. Weekly therapy alone often does not provide enough momentum to interrupt entrenched patterns.
The Digital Wellness Intensive Program combines individual and group psychotherapy with psychoeducation, skills based mental health interventions, and structured behavior change. Clients attend multiple days per week for several hours per day, creating consistency, containment, and real opportunity for change without requiring residential treatment.
Time in nature is intentionally integrated as a therapeutic support for emotional regulation, attention restoration, and nervous system recalibration. This supports clinical work by helping clients reduce stress, restore focus, and build a healthier relationship with technology.
Our Clinical Focus
We support adults experiencing:
Anxiety and chronic stress
Low mood and depressive symptoms
Emotional dysregulation
Difficulty focusing or sustaining attention
Burnout and nervous system overload
Relationship strain and withdrawal
Digital overuse is not treated as a diagnosis or identity. It is addressed as a contributing mechanism that often intensifies existing mental health challenges.
What Makes This Program Distinct
Most mental health services address symptoms in isolation. The Wonderment Institute addresses the modern nervous system.
Chronic stimulation, fragmented attention, and constant connectivity place unique demands on emotional regulation, mood stability, and focus. When these pressures are not addressed, progress in therapy can stall.
Our program helps clients understand how overstimulation and screen saturated habits interact with anxiety, depression, attention, and relationships, and provides a structured path toward change that fits real life.
